Meet Jesse
Pet Behavior Guidance Expert & Whole Body Holistic Health Coach
Hello and welcome! I’m Jesse, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I’m passionate about supporting humans and animals alike on their journey to better health and well-being.
For years, I’ve worked closely with pet owners, offering guidance and coaching on how to enhance their pets’ lives through training and natural health. My experience spans nutrition, natural & holistic wellness and behavior—both for the animals I’ve cared for and the people who love them as well as my own pets. While I don’t hold formal veterinary or technical certifications, I draw from my personal experience, working with both my own pets and the people I’ve supported, to help you make informed, compassionate decisions for your pet's care and nutrition as well as your own nutrition.
As your wellness coach, I’ll work with you to identify your goals for you and/or your pets, provide motivation, and offer practical strategies and tools that help you and your pets achieve a healthier lifestyle. Whether it's pet behavior, managing and reducing stress, adopt healthier habits, making more mindful eating choices, find more balance or helping manage illnesses. I'm here to guide you with ongoing support to help you take actionable steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to hold space while you remember who you are
I created Whole Body Holistic Healing to be a safe space for people who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their health, and their purpose — even if they’ve been hurt, burned out, or overwhelmed by the world around them.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all answers. I believe in your motivation, your pace, and healing that honors your story.
I’m not here to “fix” you cause you're not broken. I’m here to support your transformation.

Feeling Like Your Dog Is Too Much to Handle?
You’re Not Alone — And Your Dog Isn’t Beyond Help
If you’re feeling like your dog has too many issues or is “too far gone,” you’re not alone. Many dogs struggle with multiple behaviors, especially when stress, confusion, or inconsistency have been part of their environment. In most cases, these behaviors are not permanent — they’re signals that something needs to be understood and supported differently. With the right approach, structure, guidance, and tools, meaningful change is possible, and your dog can make progress in ways that feel manageable for both of you.
There is a way forward — and it starts with understanding.
Tired of Feeling Sick, Run Down, or Stuck on Medications?
Healthy doesn’t have to mean starving or eating food you hate.
If you’re tired of constantly feeling run down, dealing with recurring illness, pain, or relying on medications just to get through the day, you’re not alone. A lot of people want to feel better — but feel overwhelmed or discouraged by the idea that “being healthy” means strict diets, intense exercise, bland food, or giving everything up.
The truth is, real health isn’t about restriction or punishment. It’s about learning what your body actually needs and finding realistic ways to support it without making your life harder. Small, consistent changes can make a meaningful difference over time — without extremes.
You don’t have to starve, suffer, or force yourself into something that doesn’t work for you. There’s a way to feel better that’s practical, sustainable, and built around your real life.
Feeling better shouldn’t feel like a punishment.
Health should support your life — not take it over.
It Doesn’Have to Be This Hard
There’s a Simpler Way Forward
Getting help for your pet or your own well-being shouldn’t be complicated, overwhelming, or out of reach. I focus on practical, effective support that gets to the root of the issue so real progress can happen — without unnecessary stress for both you and your pets.
Real progress is possible — with the right support.

Rosana Hernan, FL
🐾 Client Success Stories: Candy.
When Rosana first brought Candy to me, she had been chewing her paws and body so severely that she would often cause herself to bleed. She also struggled with constant heavy panting and had existing heart-related concerns. After dealing with these issues for years, Rosana was ready to find better ways to support Candy’s health and comfort. After 3 months of dedicated care, guidance, and consistency, Candy made a full recovery! Seeing impact like this is exactly why I’m passionate about the work I do. 💙Thank you to all of my clients who trust my experience, knowledge, care, and dedication in supporting their pets well-being. I truly appreciate the opportunity to help both pets and the people who love them. And a special thank you to Candy’s mom, Rosana, for being such a caring and committed pet parent. Your consistency and willingness to follow through made all the difference for Candy. 🐾💙

🐾 Client Success Story: Daphne
Daphne was one of my drop-in clients. Her family placed their trust in me to care for her while they were away. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful family.
And here's Jake, Jessica's son who enjoys both my pet services and people wellness support... along with a few complimentary gifts! 💙🐾
Letitia, FL
🐾 Client Success Story: This is exactly why socialization is so important. When Angel, a Maltipoo, first started interacting with dogs, he initially showed nipping/biting behavior. Fortunately, Poohb, my Cavachon is very social, playful, and confident, so he wasn’t fazed and remained open to engaging appropriately. Because safe socialization requires guidance and supervision, I stepped in when needed to correct and support the interaction. With structure, consistency, and exposure to healthy canine behavior, dogs can learn a great deal from balanced social experiences. Sometimes, the right environment, guidance, and canine role models can make all the difference.
During that time, I also provided wellness guidance and recommendations to support the well-being of both Angel and his person, Letitia. 🐾💙
Beth Schick, FL
🐾 Client Success Stories: Jetty — a Dobermann and both a drop-in and training client. Jetty initially came to me with several behavioral challenges, including ball guarding/resource guarding, inappropriate elimination in the crate, and fence fighting/reactivity with neighboring dogs. These types of issues can be stressful and frustrating for both dogs and their families, but with the right structure, guidance, consistency, and tools, meaningful progress is possible.
During that time, I also provided wellness guidance and recommendations to support the well-being of Jetty, Reggie, Chanel, their feline family members, and their person, Beth. 💙🐾
Beth Schick, FL
🐾 Client Success Story: ReggieI worked with Reggie and his family through both training and drop-in services. When I first started working with Reggie, he was only comfortable going outside to use the bathroom with his primary human and was not comfortable doing so with others. This type of dependence can be challenging for families and limiting for both dogs and their routines. With consistency, structure, and gradual confidence-building, dogs can learn to become more comfortable and adaptable in their daily routines.
During that time, I also provided wellness guidance and recommendations to support the well-being of Reggie, Jetty, Chanel, their feline family members, and their person, Beth. 💙🐾
Sara Pierre, FL
🐾 Client Success Story: Avenger a Cavapoo, had resource/ball guarding behaviors. Behavioral changes often happen when a dog’s routine, exercise, or environment shifts. In Avenger’s case, his family had recently been navigating some physical limitations and life changes, which can naturally impact especially high-energy dog’s outlet and routine. While dog parks can be great for socialization and exposure, they are not enough to fully meet the exercise, structure, and mental stimulation needs of especially higher-energy breeds. Dogs like doodles often benefit from more intentional outlets, including structured walks, vigorous movement, engagement, and clear boundaries. Exercise is important, but so is purpose. Structured activity and mental stimulation can make a significant difference in helping dogs be more balanced, fulfilled, and behaviorally stable. 🐾💙
Get To Know Us
My Journey With Poohb & Gizmo
I got my first dog, Gizmo, because he was extremely ill due to unhealthy parents and negligent breeding. I knew he would not receive the kind of help he needed if I didn't take responsibility for him.
Gizmo made loud tracheal noises and had persistent hacking and coughing. Vets referred to this as a collapsed trachea, In my experience, unless the coughing and hacking were constant, the vets I saw considered these symptoms normal—yet when they did investigate, I had already experienced them putting animals through a series of painful and very expensive tests, only to ultimately say there was nothing they could do because they didn't know how to address the underlying condition.
He had an extremely severe autoimmune disease in the form of a blood disease, along with a severe anal gland infection because his anal glands would rupture. With my care and support, Gizmo made a full recovery from the autoimmune disease and infection.
When I got Poohb, he had ear mites and then developed an ear infection. I supported him through the infection myself.
Poohb and my cat were initially eating the same brand of food, which caused both of them to vomit. With Poohb, we went through almost every dog food available because they either caused diarrhea or he would refuse to eat them more than once. We eventually found that Royal Canin was the only food that consistently worked for him without causing diarrhea and that he would reliably eat.
Over time, however, the amount of his stool began to decline significantly, becoming fewer and fewer small pieces. I found a limited-ingredient food containing a large amount of vitamins and minerals. After about a month on that food, Poohb began making a loud noise coming from his chest and throat, which was especially disturbing when he laid on me, as he did much of the time. I researched the food and learned about its connection to congestive heart failure, a condition called HCM. We returned to Royal Canin, addressed the nutritional deficiency I had identified, and I supported Poohb through his heart condition myself.
Then my circumstances changed. I knew I would be moving, restarting my business, and eventually would not be able to have dogs in my home anymore. When I tried to get another dog, Poohb and my cat contracted kennel cough, a respiratory illness. Poohb began sneezing frequently, especially when we first got up and throughout the day. He again had a loud noise coming from his chest and throat, which was especially disturbing when he laid on me, as he did much of the time. He would make the noise whenever his head was turned or raised, or when he was lying on something underneath his neck. His snoring was so loud that he would wake himself—and me—up. I took him to a dozen veterinarians, but I was repeatedly told that his condition was not severe enough to require intervention. During the after-effects of kennel cough, he developed leaky eyes, a large lump on his back, and began developing cataracts. Eventually, supporting Poohb through his respiratory condition myself, his lump disappeared and his eyes cleared.
Poohb also struggles with severe plaque buildup on his teeth, so I provide his dental cleanings.
Today, Poohb has recovered from infection, nutritional deficiencies, a heart condition, respiratory illness, eyes problems and a lump we experienced together and developed a maintenance regimen that works for him. He is healthy again, we can finally sleep again, and his journey has taught me an incredible amount.
Both Gizmo and Poohb have taught me lessons that I carry with me today. Their experiences, along with my own health journey, have deepened my determination to understand health differently and to find better ways to support the health and well-being of both animals and people.
This journey is a major part of why I do the work I do today.
When your pets are healthy and behaviorally balanced, and you are physically and emotionally well, life is better—especially when you're already dealing with the stress of other challenges.
